Approximately 50 silver Thor hammers are known from Treasury, digging or settlement finds. They focus on southern and central Scandinavia and Iceland. They can be dated to the 10th and on Gotland until the end of the century. Some finds are from Poland and England, some from Bernstein of which exist. There are many different forms of hammer-amulets, z. B. the mallet.
